The Founder & Principal Consultant of GreenPeople has led Organizational Development, Assessment, and Talent Management functions for some of the world' s leading Fortune 500 organizations and Elite Academic Institutions. The founder's academic expertise is rooted in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with more than 15 years of business management experience and an expertise in designing assessments, interview processes, HRIS workflows, Learning & Development programs and various other Talent Onboarding, Development and Succession programs for Fortune 500 organizations and small to mid-size businesses.
