The free consultation covers a 30 minute intro and discovery call

This includes general on-demand consulting and workshop time with a Business Psychologist or expert in the partner network. This fee sets the foundation for custom small/midsize business service packages and for access to an off-the-shelf solution if a resource is to be created to meet client needs.

This includes all long-term consulting requests for specific projects beyond the free consultation. 

This includes a 1-hour Discovery session, a 1-hour Leadership Interview/Focus Group or Asynchronous Audit Survey, and a 1-hour Needs Analysis Recap and proposed Remediation workshop session with one of our partner consultants or I/O Psychologists. Additional support services available for the custom request hourly rate. Inquire about new/community business or non-profit discounts. 

These sessions are commonly used to support new teams who need support forming and establishing protocols to enable team cohesion or existing teams that have experienced turbulence or leadership changes. 

This package includes the initial Client Consultation, an intake follow-up meeting, a simplified statement of work, the delivery of workshop resources and facilitation support as defined in the statement of work. Sessions include optional pre/post survey and closing recommendations.

The free consultation is zero cost and helps you and your consultant with confirming whether they can meet your needs.

Receive tips and a proposed draft of edits for your profile, resume , or Interview Prep resources. Each separate service is offered for a package rate of $250 for a 30 minute consultation, Consultant Deliverable, and a 30 minute revision/working session as needed. 

This category includes standard career coaching and professional styling recommendations. The package includes a free 30-minute consultation,  a 1-hour career coaching and personal development discovery session with an I/O Psychologist or expert coach. The team will assess offline and review discovery insights in a 1 hour follow-up meeting and will propose detailed next steps to help you grow your career, professional image and/or small business. 

This category includes all services outside of the standard resume and career coaching workshops. If you are a low-income job seeker, deeply discounted or pro-bono services may be offered if your income is currently at or below the poverty line as an individual or head of family. Proof of circumstance may be requested.
