The organization is led by the Lead Talent Assessment & Talent Management Consultant of a Fortune 50 Organization. The founder's academic expertise is rooted in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with more than 10 years experience designing assessments, interview processes, HRIS workflows, Learning & Development programs and various other Talent Onboarding, Development and Succession programs for Fortune 500 organizations and small to mid-size businesses. The list of client organizations the founder and partner network consultants have previously worked with include many of the largest names in retail, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, tech, finance, and even in property management (to name a few industries). Our expertise is unmatched and we are here to help you build a strong brand and inclusive talent experience for yourself and/or your organization's future employees and customers.
