One of the "random" opportunity areas we discovered in 2020 is that not only did we need someone to help clean and care for the property while we worked remotely... but apparently lots of other people needed help with arranging cleaning, maintenance and even with (re)decorating their home to generate additional income while traveling or working from a remote location.

GreenPeople Consulting is a subsidiary of GreenPeople LLC, which focuses on a broader list of services  and investments. Before GreenPeople became an official entity, our founder started nearly 15 years ago with working in sales management and consulting. 

Additionally, after acquiring and renovating a first home in Los Angeles, CA that property became a lucrative, self-managed and "Superhost" recognized space on the leading short-term rental platforms .
